49bt Terms & Conditions — Player Agreement

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 49bt platform, including the website https://49bt.vip, all associated mobile-optimised pages, account services, betting and gaming functions, payment services, promotional offers, and customer support (collectively, the "Service"). This Agreement is entered into between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and 49bt ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator"). By accessing the Service, creating an account, or placing any wager on the 49bt platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules that may apply.

• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or agent of 49bt or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the 49bt platform, or have had a 49bt account closed for breach of these Terms.

4. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 49bt platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or under another person's identity — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held. When registering, you agree to the following obligations.

• You are responsible for keeping your 49bt password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. 49bt will never ask you for your password by email, live chat, or phone.
• You must notify 49bt customer support immediately if you believe your account has been compromised, accessed without your authorisation, or if your registered mobile number has changed.
• 49bt is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure or have shared them with a third party.
• All account information — including name, mobile number, and payment method details — must remain accurate and up to date. You must notify 49bt promptly of any changes.

49bt reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle and to suspend account activity pending the outcome of such checks. Account verification is a standard security measure and is not an indication of suspected wrongdoing.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

49bt supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (DBBL Mobile Banking), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi financial institutions. All financial transactions on 49bt are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

• The minimum deposit amount at 49bt is ৳500. There is no maximum single-transaction deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction caps.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy is a standard anti-money-laundering measure. Withdrawals to a different method may be considered in exceptional circumstances with appropriate verification.
• 49bt does not accept deposits from or make withdrawals to third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name on your 49bt account. Transactions involving mismatched names will be declined and returned.

49bt is not responsible for delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by the Player's payment provider, network issues, or bank processing times outside of 49bt's control. 6. Bonuses and Promotions

49bt offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket season promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who hold a verified 49bt account and have made at least one qualifying deposit, unless the promotion is explicitly labelled as a no-deposit bonus.
• All bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Only one welcome bonus per player per household. Players who are found to have claimed the same welcome bonus more than once — through multiple accounts, shared payment methods, or shared IP addresses — will have the bonus and all associated winnings removed and may have their accounts suspended.
• 49bt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including where we reasonably suspect that a promotion is being exploited or abused. Promotional terms are published on the 49bt platform and are updated as new offers are introduced.
• Free spins awarded as part of a bonus are valid for a limited period as specified in the promotion terms. Unused free spins that expire before use are forfeited and carry no cash value.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game or betting market before placing a wager. The following general rules apply across all 49bt games and betting products.

• Opening or operating multiple 49bt accounts, whether under your own identity or using the identity of another person, with or without that person's knowledge or consent.
• Using the 49bt platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud, financial crime, or the proceeds of any illegal activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the 49bt platform to gain an unfair advantage or to extract funds in excess of legitimate winnings.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, offensive, or harassing behaviour toward 49bt staff, live dealer hosts, or other players through any communication channel on or connected to the 49bt platform.

49bt monitors platform activity continuously and uses industry-standard fraud detection systems to identify prohibited conduct. Players who engage in prohibited conduct may also be reported to relevant financial and law enforcement authorities where 49bt is legally required or permitted to do so.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

49bt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time. The following are examples of circumstances under which 49bt may take such action.

• Where a player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including the Prohibited Conduct provisions in Section 9.
• Where 49bt has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity fraud, payment fraud, or any other form of financial crime connected to the player's account.
• Where a player requests account closure voluntarily, or where a player's self-exclusion period comes into effect. In such cases, any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 49bt platform — including but not limited to the 49bt brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 49bt or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 49bt platform without the prior written consent of 49bt.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 49bt, its directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of funds due to technical failure, or loss of goodwill, even if 49bt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

49bt's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 49bt's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

49bt reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 49bt will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where required by the nature of the change, 49bt may notify registered players directly via their registered contact details. Your continued use of the 49bt platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
